Summary of Services
- We can send items of all different sizes! Just ask us for a quote!
- Free delivery of cartons, packing tape and necessary documents to your home within your specified time (We normally require 1 hour for delivery).
- Free collection of goods from your home (or named location).
- Flat rate nationwide in Japan (excluding Okinawa and remote islands).
- Delivery within Japan by Sagawa Express.
- Free storage for up to 3 months.
- We accept cash or VISA/Mastercard. There may be a surcharge/fee for credit cards payments.
Payment on delivery on the Japanese side is available (cash only) - If you are not traveling to Japan or goods need to be delivered before your arrival date into Japan, the goods will be regarded as general cargo. There will be a A$20 surcharge per shipment and each items will be subjected to import duty and tax in Japan.
*Emergency response fee is applied from 1st June 2020.
