Summary of Services
- Free delivery of cartons, packing tape and necessary documents to your home within your specified time (We normally require 1 hour for delivery).
- Free collection of goods from your home (or named location).
- Flat rate nationwide in Japan (excluding Okinawa and remote islands).
- Delivery within Japan by Sagawa Express.
- Free storage for up to 3 months.
- We accept cash, VISA / MasterCard (3% commission for credit card payment applies) and payment on delivery.
*Emergency response fee is applied from 1st June 2020.

Special Package Price
You can pack your goods as much as you can into this CUBE BOX. There is no excess charge by the weight. You can send heavy items such as books in bulk.
*However, we cannot accept steel or stone materials as they exceed the limit of personal effects for individuals.
CUBE GIANT（45x45x45cm）
$250 per carton（up to 20kg*）
Special Package Price
You can pack up to 20kg into a CUBE GIANT. It is twice as big as a CUBE BOX.
*If the weight exceeds 20kg, you may send up to 30kg at an additional cost of $6 per extra 1kg.
